Tecta America, the national leader of commercial roofing, has announced it has acquired NRCA member Skyline Roofing, a Rockingham, Va.-based commercial roofing contractor. It is Tecta America’s fifth acquisition in 2025 and 35th in the past decade.
Founded in 2006, Skyline Roofing is a full-service commercial roofing company serving southwestern Virginia.
Kevin Weaver will continue to lead Skyline Roofing as president, along with the company’s entire leadership team. The business will operate as Skyline Roofing, a Tecta America Company LLC, and all employees will remain with the company.
